When sending cards via facebook the cards get posted to one's friends wall. It should be noted however, that if the sender disconnects their Facebook account from our facebook application, or revokes certain permissions, the card may not be sent. The delivery can also fail if the recipient doesn’t allow wall posts or deletes their Facebook account before delivery. If the above occurs, the sender should notify us and we will send out the card again via email instead of facebook, for no additional cost.

Profits will be donated to help support Torah study and needy in Israel through the Kupa Shel Tzedakah (non-profit # 580475846).

Our sages tell us that each letter in a sefer torah corresponds to the soul of a Jew that stood at Mount Sinai. All members of our faith are deemed to have stood at Mount Sinai. As suchthe mitzvah of writing one's own sefer torah can only be fulfilled by members of our faith. Therefore, if the recipient is not a member of our faith, the portion of the Torah that was bought for him/her will be used towards the special handles and or cover of the sefer torah.

It is hereby clarified that after the sale of all the letters on the website, the Company will enlist a G-d fearing scribe to write the sefer torah. If after a reasonable amount of time (that will be determined solely by the company) all the Torah letters have not been sold, torah letters will still be donated to the Kotel in an alternate form such as sefarim in a way that the recipient will still fulfill the mitzvah & the letters will still be at the Kotel.

Explicit permission has been given to us to donate our Sefer Torah to the Kotel. It is our firm belief of the company that the authority of the Kotel that granted permission will adhere to this decision. If for any reason, at the time when the donation is to be made to the Kotel, the terms and conditions can no longer be carried out, it is our exclusive right to transfer this donation to another holy site.
